Adam Fivehouse

Adam Fivehouse is the newest member of the Optimize family, Adam originally interned with OES in the Fall of 2010 as part of his degree program in Human Performance and Sport at Metropolitan State College of Denver. Following the successful completion of his internship, Adam was excited to accept a full-time position with OES. His interest in human performance and coaching stems from a lifetime of participation in sports and his love of physical competition. Adam has always strived to perform at the highest level his abilities would allow and his career goal is to help other individuals to do the same.

On Coaching
“My main focus as a coach is to provide you with the tools and information needed to help you compete at your best. Whether that be winning a race, setting a new personal best or finishing a local charity ride, we will work together to achieve your goals. ”

Hobbies
Adam enjoys cycling, running, hiking and all of the other outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. He also enjoys spending time with his friends, family and his girlfriend, Shauna.

Athletics
Adam has competed on the road for Colorado State, Metropolitan State and the Primal Racing Team. As a member of Primal, he and his teammates have won the title of Best All-Around Team three years in a row through the American Cycling Association. For 2012, he will be focusing on the SRAM Tour of the Gila and the Tour of America’s Dairyland as well as competing in many other local road races.
