Please consider scheduling a Lactate Threshold test with Optimize Endurance Services. The individual physiological data provided from this test will dial in training zones for heart rate, pace and power. We feel this test is important for getting the maximum benefit out of the workouts provided in the plan.

This plan is provided to you via an online interface called TrainingPeaks. To get started these steps need to be followed:

  • Do you have a TrainingPeaks account currently or had one in the past?
  1. If you have an account, you will need to reply to OES with the e-mail address that your TrainingPeaks account is associated with. Once this information is received, a request to pull your TrainingPeaks account into the OES coaches TrainingPeaks page will be sent to you. Once the request is accepted by you, your purchase can then be loaded by the below mentioned OES coach.
  • If you don’t have an account please use the link below to create an account

  2. Once this is created the below mentioned OES coach will be able to load your purchase
