2011 Coldwell Banker Denver Century Ride Training Plan



The 2011 Denver Century Ride training plan for purchase is designed to guide anyone from a relatively new cyclist to the experienced rider in completing the 62 or 100mile routes for 2011.

OES provides these plans via TrainingPeaks (Peaksware), an on-line interface for coach and client with upload capabilities of training data for graphing as well as journaling and nutrition tracking.

6-week Denver Century Ride 62 mile metric century Plan$60.00-Adam Fivehouse USA Cycling L3 is based on an average 6-8 hours per week commitment with a build to 10 hours in the fourth week. This plan will help you prepare for an enjoyable day in the saddle during the metric century.

Highlights of the plan include; A cycling field test to estimate training zones and core maintenance workouts. Included with purchase is a coupon for a Lactate Threshold test with Optimize Endurance Services. Added bonuses noted in the plans are organized practice rides to complete portions of the route over several weekends prior to the event on the 12th of June, 2011.
