Training information

Training is designed around the use of a heart rate monitor, power meter and or rate of perceived exertion (RPE). Heart rate zone training based on lactate threshold of the rider is the suggested model to benefit most from these plans, but a field test to determine threshold will bring similar results. More information is provided on a downloadable Detailed Description document after plan purchase.

If you would like a custom training plan or to work with a coach, or any other services, such as exercise physiology testing (to accurately determine proper training zones) and metabolic testing, contact us for special rates for Bailey Hundo participants.
