2012 Coldwell Banker Denver Century Ride Training Plan
The 2012 Denver Century Ride training plans for purchase are designed to guide anyone, from a relatively new cyclist to the experienced rider, in completing the new for 2012 courses be it the 62, 85 or 100 mile option. Be able to fully enjoy your day on the bike by training smarter! Event takes place on June 17th 2012.
OES provides these plans via TrainingPeaks (Peaksware), an on-line interface for coach and client with upload capabilities of training data for graphing as well as journaling and nutrition tracking.

12-week Denver Century Ride Beginner Training Plan $119-Adam Fivehouse USA Cycling L3 is based on an average 6-8 hours per week commitment with a maximum build to 10 hours. This plan is designed with 62 mile participants in mind or those 85mi and 100mi century participants on a time crunch. Enjoy your day in the saddle more knowing that you have the fitness to conquer what lies ahead.
Highlights of the plan include: A cycling field test to estimate training zones, core maintenance workouts and strength training program. Included with purchase is a 20% off coupon for a Lactate Threshold test with Optimize Endurance Services. Added bonuses noted in the plan are organized practice rides led by an Optimize Endurance coach.
