Coaching Consultations
Coaching consults can be used in a variety of ways. The most common are for strength training and one-on-one skills training on the bike. The use of this service by the client will allow for the training and improvement through education the coach provides. The consults can be purchased in packages to reduce costs.
Strength Training Plan Includes:
- Initial Consultation ($50 includes fitness assessment done in the first hour)
- Training Planning
- One-on-One Strength and Conditioning Coaching
- E-mail and Phone Follow-Ups
- 1 Session Coaching $65 + Initial Consultation
- 8 Session Coaching Package ($55 per hour session) + Initial Consultation
- 12 Session Coaching Package ($50 per hour session) + Initial Consultation
Coaching Consult Plan Includes:
- One-on-One Coaching Consultation
- Time purchased to be used as client deems necessary
- 1 Coaching Consultation ($58 per hour session)
- 3 Coaching Consultation ($53 per hour session)
- 6 Coaching Consultation ($50 per hour session)

Spinscan Analysis
SpinScan Pedal Stroke Analyzer is an exclusive CompuTrainer feature that helps you increase power and efficiency. The multicolor torque graph represents one full 360 revolution divided into 15 segments. The left /right leg percentage power splits give you the feedback needed to pedal in "circles". It will identify "flat" or "dead" spots in the pedal stoke where optimal power is not transferred to the drive train. A dynamic bike fit utilyzing SpinScan is an excellent way to take the subjectivity and guesswork out of the bike fit process. And the ATA (Average Torque Angle) displayed on the Polar Graph helps you to adjust your position for optimum power.
